I can offer a running adventure in the Lake District to meet your requirements. With local knowledge, mountain experience, leadership and coaching qualifications I can tailor the experience to you or a small group.

  • New to running off road
  • Want to learn how to navigate in the mountains
  • Want to be guided around classic routes
  • Learn tips how to improve your off road running
  • Learn race routes
  • A friendly shared running experience

I can cater for any level from Beginner to Advanced and up to groups of six.

The running adventure will include 

  • A short consultation to help tailor the trip to you
  • Meet in an agreed location for the running adventure; whether this is a station, lakeland town, village or trailhead car park.
  • An equipment check to make sure we have safety covered
  • A stress free guided adventure
  • Fell & Trail Coach, First Aid & Mountain Leader qualified guide
  • Currently Kim Collison is the guide for your running adventures.
