After spending a decade empowering young people to believe in themselves through the power and magic of adventures in the Lake District, I'm sharing my experience, passion and knowledge for endurance running to coach and support others. This coaching and support helps you realise new challenges, reach goals and achieve ambitions. I believe in a cooperative approach to coaching with individualised training plans and the flexibility to respond to changes.
